This is expected, due to the totally corrupt Medicaid system that is currently being provided in NC. NC has not been able to identify the real issues especially in behavioral health care. The “reform” was supposed to be the savior for the failing system, this has not proven out. Privatization of mental health services has been a nightmare for those receiving services, no oversight and providers only concerned about their bottom line and will go to any extent to reach it! Behavioral health in NC is a kin to the VA scandal!
