  1. It’s Horrible, can get users signed up with out getting an error message. Keyed same claim 5 times today, never made it. Also, seems like everyone is getting different answers to the same questions, depending on who you talk to. I expected more from MMIS, they’ve been working on this for 10 years, how long does it take?

    Sounds like the tax advice line at the IRS. But fear not, Obamacare is on the horizon; and, the IRS will be involved there too.

  4. When I tried to add users, I entered their name and email address. However when I submitted the info it came back with the wrong first names and the wrong email addresses!!! So, someone at NCDOT and DHHS is getting the emails my users should be getting to confirm their email. Right now, I am the only one that can log on. I have searched and searched for information in submitting batch claims. Not entering each claim on the portal, but sending a file from our software. And I can not find it anywhere! So I can’t send claims. I did use the portal to send test claims and they passed. But now what??? There is no instructions to where to go to submit the claims file. FRUSTRATED!!!
